I live near Busan Station and would love to find a western bar where I could meet a few English speaking friends. I have been down Texas street many times but that whole place seems a little seedy.

Any recommendations?

Thanks.
Trevor
There aren't any Western bars other than those in Texas street. The closest place would be Somyon as Nampodong doesn't have any western bars of note.

Texas St. doesn't really have "Western bars" either. Though you will meet foregners there if that's what you want.

If you want more options head to Seomyeon.

Thanks for the advice, what "western bars" can you both recommend around Seomyeon?

Many thanks....

The only one I know off the top of my head is the Rock and Roll bar. It's in an alley across the street from the Lotte Hotel. Sorry, can't give better directions than that.

Oops, forgot O'Brien's. It's not in Seomyeon, but close. It's right next to the Kaya subway station.

In Seomyeon:

Rock n'Roll Bar
Fuzzy Navel (2 bars and one tent)
Guri (1 bar and 1 tent)
Thursday Party (just opened)

Sorry, it's difficult to give directions (I'm lazy) for most of these places. I'm in Seomyeon most days so I can meet you briefly if you want directions.
