Dynamic Pusan Magazine, features "food and eats" articles (and lots more)
For those of you who don't know about this monthly magazine/promotional tool, then I recommend that you have it delivered "in bulk" to your school OR personally visit their web site. (I called and had them double the number of issues delivered to my university.)
They commonly list festivals, Bexco specials, foreigner help-departments, and have features about local restaurants and food. Recommend that all your "newbies" visit the site and browse past issues in order to learn about Busan.
