You can oatmeal. I'm not sure if it's large flake or not.

I, too, prefer the whole-flake Quaker. Its the best for making cookies and I like the texture in porridge. HOWEVER, local suppliers don't buy it at the Army base anymore. They usually get the Quick Quaker or Instant.. I used to be able to get my local Western-goods (Namchon) store to pick up some Old-Fashioned Quaker, but not any more. They just won't get me any! Ask at your store
Use the Quick.. Quick is whole-flake that is cut into fourths to make it cook faster. Avoid the Instant, as it is presteamed and tastes like yukky paste.
I have looked all over Busan and can't find any Old Fashioned, not even in Kukje Shijang. I had to bring a large box home from my vacation in the PHilippines.

Check out this post where the question has been raised previously. Scroll down for the online link from Sodajonze. Although I hear that site no longer accepts foreign id numbers so you may need a Koreans help.
