They take a flank or skirt steak and tenderize it, then roll it up into a roll and cut "pinwheels" from it.
Lately, they have been using only HanWoo beef, which is twice as expensive than when they used Australian beef.
These "steaks" are VERY tender and TASTE GREAT! The only thing they lack is the texture of whole steaks.
I can have a steak 5 inches across and 2 inches thick for about 2,500 won !!!!!!!!

I would like to go to Lotte Mart and compare values. Where are they? I know where the main stores are,
but where are the Lotte discount stores???
