Does anyone know where I can find any type of flatbread? I am aware of the pitas available at the asian marts in Sasang, but I am looking for something like a greek-style pita or other flatbread, the kind that is about 3/8" thick.
Oscar
You can buy it at Kebabistan in PNU.

Ahhh, of course. I wasn't thinking about purchasing from a restaurant, my mind was stuck on mart/ markets. I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with me buying 2 or 3 breads for takeaway. Good excuse to head up that way for dinner wink.gif

I started making my own in the toaster oven. It's a lot easier to buy from Kebap though.

^ I thought about that too, Shredd, but I'm pretty lazy and would barely have enough counter space to roll out flatbreads.

You know I have never made flatbread but can imagine it would take some counter space as you stated. However I have known folks to make pie crust by rolling it out on the floor.

Yea, I've thought of that, but its not gonna happen. Too much mess to clean up afterwards.
