For a while now in it's chilled cabinet Homeplus (Bexco) has been stocking what I would call microwave dinners. They have to name a few beef lasagne, seafood lasagne, beef and mushroom pilaf, chicken curry and rice(Korean style). And Korean dishes also such as Bulgogi, JJim Dak and marinated kalbi.

They aren't going to win any culinary awards but they are super convenient.

There are also a range of very good 'Western style' soups available from a Koran company called 프레시안 I've seen Cheese and Broccoli (super yummy) and a mushroom soup that I haven't had a chance to try yet. As well as a whole bunch of more Korean type soups and broths. They also come in a single serving cup which is real convenient if busy at work etc. There is also a larger bag that can be microwaved or on the stove top. Again in the chilled section.

So I wondering if anyone has seen anything similar in other places. Many places sell microwaveable meat sauce and alfredo spaghetti in a bag and there are a whole load of bokeumbaps out there in the freezer cabinet, but they ain't that good.

I bet they don't have any pork entrées!
