Although I've favoured OPS as the premier bakery outlets in Pusan, Paris Baguette has seemingly upped their game, selling real croissants at almost half the price of OPS. Ops has them for about 1,100, and PB has them for 600. Great for sandwiches.

Dunkin Donuts has them, but I dont know if they are "real croisssants". 1,000 won I believe.
