Yesterday while looking around the PNU area, I couldn't find the sign for Kebabistan. What gives? I ate there only about a month ago. ohmy.gif

I haven't been to the PNU area in a long time, do you mean the restaurant is closed down or something?

If so, I'm not surprised, because by coincidence I saw the owner in a food program on Korean TV last night. It showed him and his new restaurant in...Ulsan. At the time, I didn't know if it was new branch or not, but I guess this means he moved the whole thing?

Didn't the guy already have a location in Ulsan anyhow? I would be surprised if he had shut down, they always seemed to have a steady stream of customers. If the worse has happened there are alternatives at the Dushil Kebab House (good) Kyung Sung Dae Rey Kebab House (good) and Haeundae, forget the name (mixed). However Kebabistan, in my opinion, was the original and the best so it would be a shame.

I saw the sign (same sign it's always been), but I was on a bus so I didn't see any more than that.

Abdul, it sounds like you may have gotten lost.

Abdul Hakim, perhaps you have been misled in your quest. A quick check this evening has confirmed that Kebapistan is still safe, sound, and open in PNU..hopefully for an Eternity!

They're closed all day every Monday and sometimes randomly throughout the week (don't go there before noonish or after like 10pm or 11pm) but I live right by there and just ate there like 2 weeks ago and I didn't see/hear about any problems. Anyway, d'you go there on Monday?
